Evaluate employees with Balanced Scorecard and KPIs
Company want to use BSC Designer to track the performance of employees on regular basis. Employees need to have a KPIs, that will be linked to master scorecard.
- Employees will feed data into their local scorecard;
- Manager will be able to control performance according to the values in these scorecards;
In this way company want regularly score employees, estimate the progress and plan for improvement.
Solution with BSC Designer
In this case you need to use imported indicators or delegate indicators.
- Imported Indicators. You create a scorecard for each of your employees (or they do this). Then you create a master scorecard that you can link to employees scorecard using imported indicators. Each time they will update their scorecards you will see updates in your master scorecard.
- Delegate Indicators. Similar approach, but from the other side. You create a master scorecard, that includes all major perspectives and indicators within them. Then you delegate perspectives and/or single indicators to your employees using Delegate function.
