Once the balanced scorecard is designed, it is important to
provide the manager and employees with the opportunity to share
their ideas, tasks, and the results of their work.
Attach documents
 It is possible to right-click on any indicator or
category in balanced scorecard and select "Edit attachments
list."

Please note that BSC Designer will not store the document inside
the project file, rather it will save a link to the file on your
hard disk or on the server. If the file is physically moved, then
it will not be accessible from BSC Designer.
Check all attachments
To check all attachments, use the "Project attachment" option in
the File menu.
