Attach documents to indicators - Balanced Scorecard on the operational level

Introduction - Functions Overview - Purchase Program

Operational level

Once the balanced scorecard is designed, it is important to provide the manager and employees with the opportunity to share their ideas, tasks, and the results of their work.

Attach documents

It is possible to click on any indicator or category in balanced scorecard and click "Initiatives" button

You can:

  • Attach a Local document
  • Attach a Web link
  • Define target description

It is possible to right-click on any indicator or category in the balanced scorecard and select "Edit attachments list".

Please note that if you attach documents BSC Designer will not store the document inside the project file, rather it will save a link to the file on your hard disk or on the server. If the file is physically moved, then it will not be accessible from BSC Designer.

Check all initiatives

To check all initiatives, use the "Project attachments" option in the File menu.
